Sara was absolutely wonderful. She listened to me go on about my last hair cut experience and how awful it was. I have naturally curly hair and she put me right at ease with her confidence in what she was doing. I would recommend her to any who needs to get their hair done. Sarah did such an amazing job on my hair. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease with my choice to go to Total Concept to get my hair cut. The last time i went to a salon the did such a bad job with my hair that i was put off with them for a while. I will definitely be going to her again.

I'm someone who visits salons very infrequently due to feeling uncomfortable about my lack of knowledge about hair/hair care. I moved to a new area and was in desperate need of a haircut and advice.I scheduled a last minute appointment as a new client. Sarah welcomed me in and discussed what I was looking for before getting started. She provided professional and honest advice, and made my experience comfortable. Following her advice, I left with a lot of great knowledge about professional hair products, and left with a great hair cut!They also provided a gift bag with loyalty program info, the full menu, and a generous coupon for my next visit. I will absolutely be back!
