The second time i was here i had a lady who was nice however was extremely unprofessional. While i was in the seat getting my hair done her ex calls her and she starts screaming at him leaving me feeling very uncomfortable. I paid for a wash, cut, and blowout, she didn’t dry my hair at all or style it. I asked for layers in bangs she did not give me layers but left my ends feeling extremely choppy and my bangs were extremely un even as well i had to ask her to fix them because her next client mentioned it to me before i even said anything. I love this salon!! My highlights were the best than I ever had. I now only make my appts here, I also get my eyebrows waxed, and a keratin silk treatment, I have also done hair extensions and it doesn't matter who has done my hair there it has been exquisite every single time.
