Just finished and moved in last month.Everyone that works there was so helpful throughout the process of picking our home, set- up and finishing, I honestly do not have any negative feedback for them. The crews that work for them on-site also were exceptional/impressive at what they do and were friendly, helpful and did a great job. Any questions that came up, were answered within minutes. We were never ignored or had to wait for answers.The quality of our home is solid- extremely happy with the way everything came together. Great teamwork with all involved. Thank you! Having just closed on our brand new Shorten Home, we feel the need to give an honest and heartfelt review.
We are absolutely in love with our home and property. The quality is incredible. So many beautiful touches all around the home. Modular homes are built and transported with great care. You can see it yourself. But this fact was also confirmed by our home inspector who was equally impressed.
As a spec home, we luckily came across it at the tail end of the process. Many choices were already made and they were perfect. We were able to make a few choices of our own for the last few items and we appreciated the gesture.
