Positive- everyone is super nice. Another positive- they were competent enough to do an EMG and figure out what was going on with me when when Wayne Memorial could not. Negative- they never did truly give me any help in regards to my pain, but at least I know the reason for my pain!
Very frustrating trying to reach the injection dept they tell u to leave a message you leave a message they dont call you back until 2 days later they call u back they don't pick up the phone they transfer you two times only to get a message for u to leave a another mmessage after waiting on hold for 20 minutes very unprofessional I'm sorry
I’ve been coming here for acupuncture for a while now. In the beginning, I didn’t like the person I was working with and as a result I decided that I would not be returning. Fortunately, the lovely TY (might be spelling that wrong) at the front desk who is extremely helpful - quickly noticed my displeasure and placed me with Maria who is just perfect. Now I never want to leave :)
