My car recently broke down on the PA turnpike (I-76) and Kevin was assigned to bail me out. I became American a few years ago. Any time I've gotten into trouble in this country as a foreigner, Americans have always helped me out and this case is no different. I was out of state and I didn't know where to get towed to get my vehicle fixed. Kevin brought me to a mechanic he trusted who worked late to fix my vehicle. Breaking down on a highway far from home is a very distressing experience for a woman alone, however even in this difficult situation, I was treated with kindness, care and compassion by true gentlemen. Fantastic service ! I live on a dead end road, everyone gets stuck. Franklin got in and out no problem. Very nice, very professional. I’m a female and I get taken advantage of a lot by mechanics and tow companies. Today was different, for that I will always consider this company. Thank you
