Generally the experience with them for hair-cuts aren't that bad. But today, I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mackrell's Barbershop. They canceled my appointment not once, but twice, without providing valid explanations. When I contacted them for clarification, their excuses were feeble and unsatisfactory. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of consideration for customers' time is unacceptable.Service: Haircut
Usually a short wait, but that's because the guys do a good job. It's busy because they are good. There is a sign in sheet to wait for your guy, or join the pool and take whomever is next. I've never had bad results.UPDATE: No more waiting, everything by appointment only. Still a great cut.
I always give Johny the most boring instructions but somehow he takes "idk short and to the left and gives me a great haircut, exactly what I want and makes it somehow a bit better than that, great barber and good conversation on the chair definitely would suggest.
