Worst trash company! They hardly ever empty cans completely and leave trash /recycling in cans consistently. They have dropped trash in the road on multiple occasions and don't pick it up. Leave cans in roads. The trash trucks clearly aren't maintained and working. Invoices come 3 weeks after the invoice date yet they charge a hefty late fee if not received within 30 days of that date, which is shady. Also charge processing fees for paying online. If you have the option don't use them they are horrible!!!!

The worse. If you have the choice to use this company or another, run fast. Do not give them a penny of your money. Customer service stinks. Every day for a week straight I was assured that an item their sanitation department left behind would be picked up. Never showed up, even after leaving a message for the manager.

They are not a good neighbor. Cans thrown all over or tipped over.which makes it difficult for the elderly upright.i pay a unreasonable price for their service, and hope jermyn has enough intel to demand better service or look elsewhere.
