Dr. Berman is the best. 5 stars for her! I was very nervous and had not seen a doctor in a very long time. I had a whole list of concerns and she listened to every single one. She was patient and kind. Very thorough. What more can I ask for?

Geisinger Community Center, Mt Pleasant does not provide prescriptions to my pharmancy in a reasonable amount of time. My pharmany requested a prescription for me on Monday Aug 25, 2025 and it wasn't at the pharmacy at 11:00 Wed Aug 27, 2025. I've had this happen many times. My wife and I have also had Geisinger cancel our Dr appointments without informing us and reschedule them without asking us if we can make the appointment. They seem to be going down hill with the new company that has taken them over.

This facility is by far the best. I’ve been going here since I moved to Scranton. Dr. Rasheed is an angel. I love her. She is hands down so passionate abt my well being and beyond. Scheduling is Very accommodating and my MTM clinic is also the best. Has controlled my diabetes and provided me with helpful information to staying healthy.
