We were out of heat last year and we’re starting this winter without heat. I called several heating companies to come service our air conditioner snd heating unit with no success. They told me either they didn’t service my area or that they would come and I never heard from them again. Joe said he would come and he did. He worked diligently on my heater because there were multiple things wrong with it. He worked in my attic in the freezing cold to give us heat. Can’t say enough good things about him.

If you want it REPAIRED PROPERLY call Joe C of Advanced. Initially, I engaged a big corporation to repair my HVAC unit and was quoted: $1,600 for a Control Board, $3,500+ for a replacement unit and $12,000 for a replacement system. At first, the technicians claimed a Control Board was bad, then they claimed wiring and motors also needed to be replaced, finally they suggested I buy a whole new system offering me a 12-year warranty on parts and labor. The so called technicians were looking for commissions on sales by REPLACING NOT repairing. They were NOT mechanics.
