Basement Lifeguard

Basement Lifeguard is a company that specializes in addressing the damage and unhealthy environment caused by foundation water seepage and flooding. With nearly 30 years of hands-on experience, they offer a knowledgeable assessment of the issues without using fear, pressure, or sales tricks. The company uses sump pumps, French drains (pressure relief systems), and battery and water-powered backup pumps to manage the water that tries to enter the basement.

Basement Lifeguard has been praised for their creative solutions to unique water problems. In one case, they were able to address the issue of an artisanal well in the basement of a 1950s-era rancher, which had become problematic due to rising water levels. They devised a plan to seal the old well by installing an oversized sump pump, surrounding it with drainage pipe, and stabilizing the structure with loose gravel. The project was completed with the addition of a marine backup battery to provide emergency power during outages.

Customers have expressed their satisfaction with the work done by Basement Lifeguard. One customer, who had an indoor spring in their basement, was impressed with the sump pump and battery backup system installed by the company, which kept their basement dry even during heavy rain and power outages. Another customer, who had a longstanding water issue in their 1950s rancher, was highly impressed with the company's significant industry experience and creative solution to their unique problem.

Overall, Basement Lifeguard is a trusted and experienced company that provides effective solutions for water-related issues in homes, with a focus on using innovative approaches to address even the most unique challenges.
