We had a fantastic experience with Hydro Therapeutics! Greg and Taylor were incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining our water test results and the water system our house needed. The installation of our softener and sterilization units was a quick turnaround. They even checked in afterwards and made sure we understood exactly how our new system works. Highly recommend their excellent service!
I accidentally stumbled upon Hydro Therapeutics at a home & garden expo, and I'm so glad I did. Within 30 seconds of speaking with Taylor, I knew he understood exactly what I was dealing with. They have a vast depth of knowledge regarding water issues and truly understand the science behind water filtration, which gave me total confidence in their recommendations.

Had an issue with my well pump on one of the coldest weeks in years, called up to schedule a service and they went over everything that might be wrong and estimated repairs like normal
After some time to research parts they called me back and asked for my address

The tech arrived and after thoroughly checking for any issues they informed me that I didn't need a pump even though I thought I did
My issues were resolved and they could have easily replaced my pump and charged me thousands but they didn't
