Tara Grochowsky is horribly unprofessional.
My boyfriend and I were graciously offered to rent a house that was for sale, listed by Tara. Our experience with her was extremely unprofessional.
A real estate agent TODAY from her team visited our home we rented, with potential buyers while we already had our furniture and decor in place, claiming that Tara had said the house was still for sale. They were able to access the house with a lockbox key.
The homeowner, as well as my boyfriend and his family, repeatedly tried to reach her to remove the listing after we secured the rental and gave our security deposit, but she ignored every attempt at communication. We eventually had to escalate the matter to her vice president to get any response.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Tara as a real estate agent. Her lack of communication and disregard for tenants and homeowners demonstrates unprofessionalism and a focus solely on commission. I gave an extra star for her office, as they were able to finally reach her and resolve the situation as soon as possible.

I was referred to Michele Haas by Rocket Mortgage. She waited until a couple of hours before we were to go see homes, after I had already traveled 1.5 hours, and sent over an exclusive agent agreement (I had requested non-exclusive) and a buyer's agent agreement with a minimum agent fee that would have paid herself between 4.5% and 6.2% of the cost of the homes we had scheduled to look at, plus a $300 retainer fee. When I mentioned these facts to her she repeatedly tried to claim that the funds would all come from the seller, despite it being a contract between her and I, and claimed that I didn't understand how things worked. When I stood my ground, she later said that she made a mistake and the fee written into our contract should be half of what she actually put. Then when I expressed a lack of confidence in her due to these false statements she had just made, she refused to show me the homes we had scheduled, wasting my entire day which I had taken off work specifically to view the homes. I found her conduct to be very dishonest and sneaky. While she was prompt in sending seller's disclosures and responding to inquiries, she offered no advice beyond the bare minimum, and in my opinion certainly did not warrant any payment beyond a flat 3% agent fee in any case. After her unprofessional conduct and dismissal, I had found another real estate salesperson in less than 24 hours that resulted in a savings of $1,600 over the minimum fee offered by Michele. My advice to you is read over the contracts you receive very carefully, or better yet find yourself an honest agent rather than a self serving Machiavellian.
