“I usually take my kitties to the Tilghman Street location but had to book at the Hamilton Street location this time. I was very pleased with how calm and reassuring the staff were with my boys. My one cat is very anxious and I was worried taking him to see someone different. I was put at ease very quickly as the staff were just as fantastic as at the other location. I can’t say enough good things about them.“

“Jess and Craig are absolutely wonderful and I always felt extremely comfortable leaving our 5 dogs to groom. She did an amazing job on our 2 Newfies as well which can be difficult to groom. We always loved getting pictures of them afterwards too. They really treat every dog like it’s their own and my crew always loved going to see them. Unfortunately we moved across the state but I wish I could’ve brought them with me! I would recommend Pawlished tails to anyone needing a groomer!!“

“We were really excited to get our dogs in for a grooming after reading all the other reviews, so we called immediately and got a voicemail. We left a message but never received a call back. Now, we have to find a different place to go. I am really disappointed. I guess she is quite popular and just doesn’t have the time to call us back. I’m giving a 5 star only because I’m sure she has a good reason.“
