“While a ton of groomers in the area ignored my messages and calls The Groomery responded immediately! Brought my 14 week old Bichon for his first “puppy cut” and they did amazing!! I was super hesitant because he gets the worst separation anxiety when he’s away from me but they kept him calm and said he did amazing! Would absolutely recommend!“

“I usually take my kitties to the Tilghman Street location but had to book at the Hamilton Street location this time. I was very pleased with how calm and reassuring the staff were with my boys. My one cat is very anxious and I was worried taking him to see someone different. I was put at ease very quickly as the staff were just as fantastic as at the other location. I can’t say enough good things about them.“

“We were really excited to get our dogs in for a grooming after reading all the other reviews, so we called immediately and got a voicemail. We left a message but never received a call back. Now, we have to find a different place to go. I am really disappointed. I guess she is quite popular and just doesn’t have the time to call us back. “Great place to pamper your dog. My Maltese was a puppy mill mom and she spent 5 years in a crate. I was so glad that Emily doesn’t groom 2 or 3 dogs at a time and crate them. She is very patient and my baby gets her full attention“
