I am not a handsome man but receive compliments on how I look every time I get my hair done at Sophisti-Cuts. I live in a city with countless stylists and none I've found are as skilled as the women here. The wax Lauren laid on me one time was the worst pain I've ever experienced, but the agony was instantaneous and my unibrow is gone for good. Carolyn is amazing. Very down to earth. Great eye for what works for her customers. This weekend she had both myself (cut/root touch up) and my mom (who has Alzheimer's) for a perm and was patient and kind. I've been going to her for about 10 months and won't go anywhere else. She also has a sense of humor for when I freaked out about her "missing" my appt time when actually it was me who showed up 2 hours early
