“Chaz was initially assigned to repair our hot water heater via our home warranty company after the original service provider ghosted us and the home warranty company and we were already nearly a month without hot water. Chaz quickly diagnosed the issue and returned it to the home warranty company who opted to buy us out as we had hit our maximum coverage (note: we will be avoiding home warranties in the future). Chaz offered to complete the work for us directly as soon as possible and we gladly took him up on his offer. Chaz was able to order us a new water heater and replace it within a couple days (where others were estimating weeks out!). Chaz arrived on time per our scheduled appointment and completed a very challenging job due to significant space constraints and prior installation issues. Chaz went above and beyond to complete the removal of our old tank and installation of the new one. “Ben and son were excellent to work with on our new shower installation. Ben was patient and walked me through all the design decisions. We had an old shower with a curtain and high entrance step. Our new tiled shower with glass doors is easy to step inside.
Ben worked with me to get the perfect size recessed shelf in the shower. They did an excellent job cutting, matching and installing the tiles.
