We couldn't be happier, John was so quick to respond and came to our home Sunday morning and had our new hot water tank up and running in no time. He's very professional, kind, and the nicest guy! Highly recommend!! Love that they are a local family business and super efficient. Hands down the best.
Have used Dr. Water heater for 30 years. Very picky about his work. Used a level to make sure a waterline was completely straight up and down. Came on CHRISTMAS EVE and didn’t charge us extra.
