LSBW is incredible and a hidden gem. I was recently diagnosed with a degenerative spinal condition that has caused me chronic pain for years. I carry a ton of tension in my body and Denise’s hands were like magic ✨ every minute before, during, and after my treatment was relaxing and thoughtful down to the hot cup of tea with “Have a nice day!” on the sleeve as I was leaving. 12/10 recommend!

We first visited a larger local flooring company and the experience by far exceeded them. Don’t let the smaller showroom deter you from visiting because the service is larger than what you will receive anywhere else.

Was referred to them as an installer for Banks Power. Had a Banks Monster Ram and Banks Intercooler installed. Drove over to discuss the job with Mathew. First impression was he was very polite, willing to answer any questions and willing to talk and treat me as a person. Gave me a bit of a tour of the shop. One thing that surprised me was where the cars are worked on. For a mechanics shop it was real clean. To me that says everyone takes pride in the place. Diesel Systems is a bit of speciality facility so they probably won't do some of the basic things. But after touring and knowing they are installer for Banks and seeing them working heavily on the fuel systems and being tied into Bosch I felt better about them doing my job. Do to a previous jjob they had and a parts issue it took a little longer then I wanted but I am confident the job was done right and done by people who care.
My family has used this garage for years. Karen and the other office lady are very nice, friendly and helpful. I however have noticed over the past couple of years since the new mechanic started the service work isn't as fast. The mechanic never drives my vehicle before looking it over for inspection or when I take it in for other issues, like the previous mechanic that was there for years did. I'll still will be using this garage. I just will make it known I want my vehicle driven before worked on so the mechanic will hear and feel the problems I'm talking about instead of guessing. Overall a great garage to use with reasonable prices and friendly knowledgeable staff.
