We've used St Thomas for years and stayed with them thru the mechanic changes after Jim left. Karen is great to work with. The new mechanic Chris does good work but is very slow and our vehicles always take longer. We have also noticed several things that we dislike with the current mechanic. He never test drives our vehicle before doing work or after work is completed, our vehicle always has a smoke smell once we get it back due to him smoking his cigarettes in the garage area and his rude attitude towards woman. His work is good, he just needs to work on the above things.Services: Battery

My family has used this garage for years. Karen and the other office lady are very nice, friendly and helpful. I however have noticed over the past couple of years since the new mechanic started the service work isn't as fast. The mechanic never drives my vehicle before looking it over for inspection or when I take it in for other issues, like the previous mechanic that was there for years did. I'll still will be using this garage. I just will make it known I want my vehicle driven before worked on so the mechanic will hear and feel the problems I'm talking about instead of guessing. Overall a great garage to use with reasonable prices and friendly knowledgeable staff.

My car had a brake issue when I got to work. I dropped it off there when they opened because they were walking distance. They did do it same day although it was the end of the day. And I think they did more than they had to but they had me over a barrel because I was over an hour away from home. So I think it cost about twice what it should have.
