“Amazing experience! Alina was wonderful! The hot stone massage was incredibly relaxing and the mini facial was excellent. My skin is glowing. Lovely spa atmosphere and very clean. I will definitely be back! If you’ve never been here before, note that the spa is located in the Fox Chapel Yacht Club, not on Old Freeport Rd. My GPS took me to the wrong place, but now that I know, it won’t be an issue!“

“My MIL and I had a great time getting our nails done for our wedding with Tom and Jenny!!! They helped us figure out colors that would look good and were so fun to talk to. “Amazing first experience at Dimensions with their nail tech Julia!! I came in for a full set manicure with a french tip design, with a hunch I might be getting engaged . Julia encouraged me to try the GelX, and I don't think I can go back to acrylic now. These nails are holding up fantastic even with rough activity and gardening. My favorite part is that there has been no separation from the nail bed (unlike my experience with acrylics) which means my hair doesn't get snagged under my nails. Every step of the process was explained to me, as well as check-ins to make sure I liked the shape, color, and design. I got some gorgeous engagement photos with these nails, and will definitely be back!“

“I never in a million years thought I’d be going to a salon, but here I am and I’m beyond pleased, not only with my haircut, but the salon itself, and the AMAZING staff! “I had my haircut with Christi. She was super sweet, friendly, professional and gave me a nice look. I showed her a video of my previous haircut that I liked and she was able to replicate that. This was my first time and will definitely keep coming back here. Prices are all reasonable too! Nice bunch of people working here. It is pretty difficult to get an appointment so will need to plan weeks in advance.“

“I've been looking for a new nail tech for months now and can finally end my search! Karen is great at natural nails (which is hard to find these days with the gel/dip options) and was very patient with my ingrown toe nails. Even got my eyebrows waxed while I was there since she also offers waxing (face), hair and spray tanning. Karen's spot is so cute and Karen herself is super chill and down to earth. Can't wait to go back again!“

“I usually do not leave a review but felt Laurie and her salon deserved one.
I am a two time cancer survivor and even though I don’t have much hair left, I still need to
upkeep what I do have. I also wear hairpieces that I purchase on line but need to have them
styled. I can’t tell you how many places I called before I finally found a person more interested
in helping me than making money.
Laurie goes above and beyond making sure I feel comfortable. She will come in early before
her first customers or stay later when the salon is not so busy. When I come in with a new
hairpiece and think there is no hope for it, I leave looking great and receiving more
compliments than I ever did with my real hair. And best of all she doesn’t charge me more than
her regular price for a hair cut.
I am so glad I found Laurie and her salon. Not only do I now have a fabulous hair stylist but I
have gained a kind and wonderful friend.“

“I needed to find a more affordable hair stylist closer to home and I found just that at Lightning Hair Lounge in Natalie’s chair! She’s an absolute gem to talk with during my haircuts, and she always makes me feel comfortable. I don’t chemically dye my hair and Natalie never pressures me to do anything to my hair she knows I won’t truly love. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and I always leave happier than when I arrived. Looking forward to my next haircut!“

“Pros: very reasonably priced, quick and good quality service.Cons: they need to ventilate better or at least run a fan/open a window. Strong chemical smell when first walking in. Service was not very friendly or personable but that might have just been the tech I had.For the convenience of the location and price I might come back but it would be a more enjoyable experience with a better ventilated space!“
