Repair was done quickly once they received the battery.
My only complaint is that I was told the battery would be in, in a week. It took 3. Whether it was supply chain issues, tariff issues, or work around the end of the year holidays, they had to know it would be longer than a week. Don’t overpromise when you must know that it would not be just a week.
Came into the store twice in same month for family iPhone battery replacements. Service was professional, friendly, and same day. Apraham was my tech. While I was there I also witnessed how both Stanley and Apraham handled other customers with clear communication illustrating their expertise.
Abraham in Royersford took my phone and cleaned it out for me great guy great service and happy he took me right before close. I appreciated the professionalism and the willingness to help me out.
