I am an insurance agent who provides Medicare Plans. There was a question that came up that was going to affect my recommending certain plans to my clients. The staff at Spring-Ford Family Practice was able to help me with the issue. I appreciated their prompt response and how they explained the situation. I know it took time out of their busy schedule.

On February 11th, 2025 I went in to see my Doctor Jaya Mehta. She is my regular Doctor who I have been seeing for quite a long time. She is always kind and very helpful. She always patiently listens to my health concerns and goes the extra mile to help me. She never quickly runs out of the room. She is a really good doctor and cares about her patients. I really like my visits with her. I know I'm in good hands with my health issues. I feel comfortable with her. Also the front desk has always been nice and helpful. I think they are more than a 5 star.

I struggled with whether I should leave a review or not, because I’ve only had good care from this practice up until recently. My doctor is fantastic, the front end staff have been kind and accommodating, and while phone calls go mostly unanswered, a call back is usually in the works.

I had a change of prescription coverage this past January due to employer choice. A medication that was previously covered with no issues now requires a prior auth- something that a family practice is completely capable of handling, and a pretty common occurrence.
