Appointment was at 2:40, we arrived at 2:30. We sat for about 10-15 minutes before anyone said anything to us which then I was told they were running behind. My first thought was ugh here we go again. I’ve taken my son to 5-6 places in the area to get his haircut and they have all been horrible experiences. I didn’t request anyone specific for the appt. but was put with Dawn which was fine but as we were waiting for Dawn other stylist kept coming from the back standing around and talking to each other which I was a little confused about but ok. When Dawn was ready she took us back she apologized over and over again about the wait and was really nice. She gave my son an amazing haircut, it looks great and he keeps saying how much he loves it. We will definitely be going back to see Dawn. Dawn definitely gets 5 stars. I took 1 star off because I wished there was a little bit better communication in the very beginning but all in all it was a good experience. The salon itself was clean and perfect for kids of different ages. My 13 year old daughter even asked if next time we take her brother can she come and get some tinsel strands in her hair!

I'll never take my child anywhere else for a haircut! Jacky was amazing with my toddler today, and gave such a great haircut. The fun car chair plus the tv and balloon/getting to keep their baby hair as a first haircut with a little certificate is such a special touch! 10/10 experience

Easy to book online, we were helped right away and Melissa did a great job. She was very friendly, and patient with our wiggly babe. It was our little guy’s first haircut at 10 months, and we got souvenir pictures, a certificate, a lock of his hair, and a coupon for 50% off a service!
The decor is cute and kid friendly, and the services are well priced.

Melissa was amazing for our son’s first haircut. She was great with him and made him feel comfortable. The haircut is also adorable even though he was moving his head around all over the place. Overall, great experience, and I’d definitely recommend them. Thanks for making his first haircut memorable and special. He can’t wait to come back and sit in the cool cars again.

Would give it a 0 if I could. 4:20 appointment and walked in at 4:27 to get turned away. Not a single other person in there but that's the policy. For a kids place a 7 minute policy is rough. 3 kids and we won't be back.
