We moved to our new house about a month ago. The previous owners allowed us to attend the pool opening just before we moved in April. Paragon built the pool and serviced it for almost 20 years. We paid to also have the pool cover stored until the pool closure occurs scheduled October 17th. During the opening of the pool this year Paragon told us we can call them any time with questions. I did that today as I had a question about the pump pressure and a very unfriendly lady answered the phone. She told me that they were no longer taking new customers. This service company was recommended to me by the company who built my pool. I have been using them for 18 years. The crew that comes out to open and close my pool is friendly and courteous. Chris is a pleasure to work with. On more than one occasion he has talked me through how to fix a simple problem over the phone so that I would not need to pay for a service call for a minor issue.

This is a very respectable pool company. I have had a great experience. Strongly recommended by me. I've been building my house for 11 years and chose these guys to construct the pool and that was a good decision so far in my process. Pool was just shot in gunite. I expect no less going forward.
