Great company with a professional and responsive staff. They offer complete pool services from openings and closings to chemicals, cleaning and maintenance. They are very knowledgable, happy to help with any situation and handle everything pool related. I highly recommend Paul and his team!

Great prices for top quality work! Knowledgeable crew and we didn't have to wait mo ths for our service call. Cascade povided thorough and detailed responses to all of my questions and explained why I was experiencing. My pool issues. They worked quickly to resolve my issues and my pool will be able to be opened right on track with this upcoming season. We are very pleased we chose to work with them and are happy to know we can continue to count on their services.

Paragon is everything you want in a pool company. They come out promptly, show up when they promise, are friendly and explain everything, charge reasonable fees, don't mark up equipment unreasonably, and STOCK EVERYTHING IN THEIR TRUCK. It's incredible. I have had a number of problems with my pool in the year since I moved in, and they have had every hose, washer, o-ring, or pump I needed with them, no second visit needed. And that's frequently without giving notice of the problem. And they don't have insane markups on their materials.
