These folks are great. They respond to every request timely and professionally. After two years of headaches and lots of algae in the pool, we switched our service to Paragon and they cleared up the problem in two days. I couldn't believe it, and the fix cost less than $100. It's been sparkling ever since.

This service company was recommended to me by the company who built my pool. I have been using them for 18 years. The crew that comes out to open and close my pool is friendly and courteous. Chris is a pleasure to work with. On more than one occasion he has talked me through how to fix a simple problem over the phone so that I would not need to pay for a service call for a minor issue.

This is a very respectable pool company. I have had a great experience. Strongly recommended by me. I've been building my house for 11 years and chose these guys to construct the pool and that was a good decision so far in my process. Pool was just shot in gunite. I expect no less going forward.
