I cannot recommend Dan at Connelly Pest Control highly enough! From start to finish, he was kind, honest, and genuinely friendly. He wasn’t pushy at all—just focused on helping us. Dan came to our home and performed the most thorough evaluation for rodents I’ve ever seen; getting on and in the roof, in mulch beds, checking in gutters and turning things over etc etc. What truly impressed me is that he stayed right then and there to perform the necessary exclusions, going above and beyond to ensure our home was protected instead of scheduling us out. Seriously knows what he’s talking about! We had a increasing mice problem and with our bedt efforts we could not trap/bait/ or find the source of the problem. We called Dan for insight and help us. He did a very thorough investigation inside and out and let us know multiple things we need to do & took care of sealing up holes. He gave us pictures and sent a thorough write up of what he did & what to do moving forward. Very thankful since i have young children!
