We had an emergency drain blockage on Christmas Eve. I called and within 30 mins the had someone at my door. Problem was solved and cost was extremely reasonable!!! They are a very professional company and I would definitely recommend them!
I had never heard of Avanti until yesterday but I am so glad I did. My wife and I moved into our house 2 weeks ago. We discovered that water was overflowing in the basement Saturday evening. I called a national company and they found the issue was a broken pipe buried outside the house and also that both my toilets needed to be replaced. They provided an estimate that was way too high. I called a few companies and was immediately impressed with Avanti. The owner was able to have Dylan come out the same day to confirm the issues and provided a lot of helpful information. He was thorough, empathetic and made sure all of my and my wife’s concerns were addressed. The estimate he provided was over $4,000 cheaper for the same work as the other company and they could complete everything the next day. The next day the staff came around 9:30. Brandon introduced himself and made sure to completely understand the issues and also made sure my wife and I had all of our questions answered. He was friendly and very helpful with any questions throughout the day. The crew quickly got to work and were incredibly careful and diligent. They wore shoe covers, put on mats and took many other steps to respect the property. They took their time to do everything properly. They finished on time and even seeded the parts where they dug. Matt was able to fix the issues with the toilets and also pointed out some dry rot on the wood that had been there for a long time. He was friendly and provided advice on the next steps. Overall I couldn’t be more impressed with this company. I have a few other things I will eventually need to do and plan to hire them again.
Our water heater started leaking. We were able to redirect the water to our sump pump, but we knew we needed a new tank as this was probably 25 years old. We called them Saturday afternoon of Thanksgiving weekend and they were here first thing Monday morning. They were very courteous. They were very clean, laying drop cloths from the front door to the tank in the basement. They described all the steps they needed to take and how long it would take and they were spot on! We were very, very happy and would definitely use them for any other needs!!
