Rochester Dental Center | Primary Health Network provides an excellent dental experience with friendly front office staff. Dr. Saba, known for his bedside manner, puts patients at ease and explains procedures in detail. He is very educated and kind. The hygienists are great, though some visits can feel hurried. Dr. Saba is known to apologize for any mistakes, making patients feel more comfortable. Patients appreciate the care and attention they receive and feel safe and pleased with their visits. The office staff is accommodating for new patients.
I'm someone who had a lot of dental issues due to depression. This was made worse by unempathic treatment at other dentist clinics which made me anxious to try and repair my teeth at all. Dr. Saba is the most kind and empathetic dentist you will ever find! He gave me a second chance at having a healthy smile and always makes me feel safe while there. He does an amazing job and actually cares about his patients and his work. I will never go to another dentist as long as he is here. The rest of the staff is friendly too. =)
I’d give 10 stars if I could! Staff is so kind and helpful. Dr. Saba is gentle, knowledgeable, and communicates clearly. Nothing unnecessary suggested and they work with you on cost/payment! :)
I've been here quite a few times and have had 2 of my teeth worked on Dr saba does an amazing job and he is the only dentist ill go see and all the other people who work there are cool 10/10 if you need a dentist this the one too go too
