Matt at "Sit Means Sit" in Rochester, PA is fantastic! He has a very no-nonsense and direct approach, that is efficient, logical, and most importantly, effective. He was able to help us understand and change the behaviors of our often times very headstrong dog (an 8yr old Blue Heeler/Australian Shepherd mix). There was nearly an immediate transformation in our dog's behavior and we couldn't be happier nor could we promote Matt any higher. He's fantastic! Go see him, both you and your dog will be happy you did.

I have used Gary McElwain's service since 2004 for both electrical; installing 6 recessed lights in ceiling over my counter tops, installed main ceiling fixture, repaired electrical outlets that were not grounded, water main breaks, flooding in basement caused by downspouts weren't connected properly from another contractor. Today he is repairing an outside gas leak. Any time I have called him, he has been there. It is nice to have someone you can trust for good service. I highly recommend him & his helper.

This review is a bit overdue. I bought a home with central air but the seller did not disclose that the air conditioner didn't work. This was a tough lesson to learn during a very hot Pa. summer. Five hvac companies came to my house the same day. Their estimates ran from $5000-$7000+ for a new ac unit. Mailer was the ONLY one of the five that actually looked inside the unit to find that a burned wire was the problem. They had it repaired in less than an hour saved me a lot of money for this summer.
Our Westie has high energy and stubbornness. The trainers were so kind and supportive as were all of the puppy owners in the class. They were positive and caring. We are signed up for the next session in July so we and our little buddy can achieve more socially acceptable behavior.

I hired Matt to remove two large pine trees that were a threat to both mine and my neighbor's property. Due to poor terrain and location they had to climb the trees to chop them up. Everything went smooth like pudding! Trees down, logs removed, all brush swept up and gone. Friendly guys and decent price for the job.

I have been taking my daughter to so many places trying to find someone to do her hair. I can say honestly I have never been so comfortable and sherry did a outstanding job. So grateful and we are already looking forward to coming back!
I will never be critical of the VA clinic. It is good chance that without them I would have no medical care. They helped me in more ways than medical. The clinic in Rochester, Pennsylvania is a life changer for me.

As far as the front desk communication and the hygienists that have cleaned my teeth in the past, I give them 4 stars! On my last visit, I had my teeth cleaned by a different hygienist named Melissa. She was not friendly or personable, did not talk to me until she was done, and even then, she never talked facing me, she was always walking away and seemed in such a hurry to finish. She was a bit rough and my gums were bleeding. I mentioned i take an aspirin every evening which could contribute to the bleeding after she mentioned it a couple times. She was doing everything in a hurried manner. It truly is nice to have a hygienist whom makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I DID NOT with her!!
My family has has plots here since the early 50 tys. Recently I was up to office to purchase memorial for my Brother and make plans to have ashes intered. Melanie took care of all arrangements for me.
