Love Southern Cove and all of the staff and doctors. I have been with the Roaring Springs office for at least 10 years. Loved every doctor that I ever had and they do seem to be able keep the same doctors on staff.

I agree that $40 to forward records is wrong but that is an administrative fee. Giving the entire staff a one star rating is not fair. I was surprised to see that Southern Cove had such a low overall rating and it was because of the low ratings concerning the $40. Your rating of one star reflects on the entire staff.

I've been a patient with SCMC since 1994.
When I had my first heart attack, Duane Filling was assigned as my PCP. We have been friends ever since. The entire staff has been so compassionate,caring, and flexible. Thank you SC for all you've done for me.
