K&M just completed an overhaul on our townhouse to include a new roof, siding, gutters and trim. They worked with us to accomplish the project within HOA guidelines and assisted with the HOA submission process. Additionally they provided recommendations for color and material choices that we are VERY happy with.
We inspected the job today and walked away impressed. The installation looked great but even more impressive was the attention to detail that we didn't expect. Any item affixed to the house now had coordinated color and framing (light fixture, vents, window trim etc).
