Hired Top Notch Roofing in April 2018. Proposal for the entire project was $4,400. Upon removal of the old roof, they discovered that the substructure around the skylight was severely damaged. I had existing water damage in the bathroom so it was no surprise. After an estimate for an additional $2,800, I agreed and they proceeded to replace the damaged area. It included 20 sheets of plywood. The job was completed within three days. It was an enormous undertaking. All materials were high quality and workmanship was thorough and professional.
