“A few months ago I booked a couple of hours at Remedy to treat myself for my birthday; it was my first time going to Remedy. I chose the Sports Massage and Gentleman's Facial. Cari worked with me that day and it was great! Most other times when you schedule a massage and a facial at a spa, they are two completely separate services, sometimes you might even have to move to a different room once you finish one service to get the other one. Since Cari is trained for both, she integrated the services together over the 2-hour block, which allowed me to relax and just enjoy the treatments. I recommend checking out Remedy & I plan to return in the future!“

Julie she got most of my the black hair dye gone and was able to start the lighting process to a carmel blonde the same day. I truly went into this process thinking we might just try to get me to brown for now but this girl ate it up and went for it with confidence! “My friend and I showed up for a scheduled massage at 4pm only to find out we weren’t in the computer. Our confirmation showed up there and I had the text reminder on my phone but some snafu happened with the computer. At first we were told there was no one available to do our massages. I calmly asked how they might resolve this. Akira, who was helping us went to the back room a few times and somehow made it work. I think a therapist stayed past her time and another magically appeared. Not sure how she did it, but we were very happy with how Akira professionally handled the situation.
