They showed up on time and were very specific in where they cleaned. We asked that they use our vacuum instead of their own, and they were willing to do so; that showed flexibility. They were also very pleasant and polite with our dog, as well as being patient with the language barrier. The house was left very clean smelling and looked great.
The team did a FANTASTIC job. They cleaned every surface and straightened every item you could touch or see. They moved every piece of furniture they could to clean the floors. They even lined my kitchen drawers and cabinet shelves. Every where I look I see the evidence of their work and their attention to detail. I'm a tall guy (6'7") and saw they even got on top of the tall furniture I have in my home. The price was very fair and the team alerted me when they saw they would need more time. The price negotiated was VERY fair for the additional time needed. Walking into my clean home was nice and when my spouse got home she was beyond happy. 10/10 would hire again!!
Hired their team for a move in deep clean and move out standard clean. Communication was great and timely. There may be a language barrier for you if you don’t speak Portuguese but that’s nothing Google translate can’t help with and they are more than understanding and accommodating. Prices were fair. Amount of time spent in the location was spent actually cleaning and not dragging their feet. This team WORKS HARD!
