I’m very happy with the Cleaning Authority. I love the app - easy to pay/tip, reschedule if needed, and best of all - see what time the team will arrive and when they’re finished. Tiffany and Emily are always on time and friendly and do a wonderful job on the house. The rate is higher than what I previously paid but to me the efficiency, reliability and professionalism are worth it. Highly recommended!Service: Standard cleaning

The Cleaning Authority is really great when it comes to our household cleaning needs. Not only do they do a great job, but if we ever have specific requests or concerns, the owner always addresses them immediately and to our satisfaction. Each and every one of their cleaning teams are thorough and professional, especially Emily and Tiffany - both of whom are outstanding.
