We've been with FT Young for over 20 years, and our most recent experience was exceptional. Jason, our service technician, was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough in preparing our AC unit for the summer. The office staff was also wonderful—very helpful in setting up our annual contract and arranging the service visit. Consistently great service.

My review is excellent because of Hector Torres specifically. He found out exactly what the issue was that previously other companies and other technicians could not figure out and were suggesting I would replace the entire system. It would have cost me over 25K!! Hector Identified the problem methodically and patiently to make sure the right issue was solved and the unit was working before recommending we just throw away the entire system.
