Our fur kids love it there. And we are so happy with the care they get. The dogs live the staff, and they care for them, it is obvious when dropping them off. Amd they will text during the stay.

Nash and Lina don't get to visit Hidden Gem often, but they absolutely love it there, and they adore all of the staff! I know they're loved and taken care of when they stay at Hidden Gem, and that makes this dog mom grateful!

This is without a doubt the best kennel in the logical area. I drive about 35 minutes to come here and it is so worth it.
The staff is AMAZING. Truly top notch. The owner is an absolute gem. They're extremely helpful if you're an anxious pet parent like I am. They have private rooms that can handle up to two dogs, so my brother and sister doggies can spend their vacation together. You can request they don't go out with other dogs as well. My dog is now blind from diabetes and they're so gentle and helpful with her.
