I went in to see the doctor because floaters had appeared in my left eye. She examined me and at first said she didn’t see any retinal damage, but after further examination, found a small spot she wanted a specialist to examine. The specialist found a small tear in my retina and did a laser repair while I was there. The specialist said that if let go, it could have caused more tears.
Dr. Beam and the front desk staff are wonderful for me ..they are professional and welcoming .. and most important of all ..very, very thorough with eye health - a great combination. I had to cancel my appt. this week ..at the last moment ..due to another health-related issue ..and Jessica was completely understandng and I will surely call next week to reschedule. Laura J. Milson
As I entered the building, the nice receptionist smiled and asked for all of my medical cards. I found a seat in the waiting room next to a very large live plant 🪴 and near a window. The receptionist brought my medical cards to me when she was finished entering the new information. My appointment time was scheduled for 11:30 AM and the doctor was "on time!" At 12:15 PM my eye tests and review with the doctor were complete. Since I had chosen to keep my original frames, I only needed to choose what type of lenses I wanted for my new glasses. Payment was due at this time and I was told that my new eyeglasses would be ready in 2 weeks.
