My family and I have been going here for years. I stopped in last week and had a woman I never met before help me. I just wanted to take my time and look at glasses in peace and quiet. I told her I had no limit on what I could spend. Without even asking me what I liked she kept handing me random pairs of the cheaper glasses. After turning down about a dozen pairs she handed me she got visibly upset then laughed at me because I was being to picky. I got frustrated with her and before I left she complained about having to deactivate my prescription in their system. The office staff is just wonderful and the Dr Simon was just fantastic too!I especially want to recognize Karen! I wanted to order contacts and I asked if she could help me get any type of discount or rebate that would be available. She was awesome!! Not only did I get a (1) year supply of contacts for the price of a 6 month supply, but she got me a rebate too. Plus, I’m a AAA member and I got that discount also. On top of that, she even gave me a free pair of sunglasses in a travel case. Wow, this place rocks!I would definitely recommend the Dallastown my eye Dr to everyone!

The experience was extremely pleasant, with friendly, helpful, kind, and professional staff. The establishment was very clean and ecstatically pleasing. I 100% recommend this eye doctor office.
