Dr. Beam and the front desk staff are wonderful for me ..they are professional and welcoming .. and most important of all ..very, very thorough with eye health - a great combination. I had to cancel my appt. this week ..at the last moment ..due to another health-related issue ..and Jessica was completely understandng and I will surely call next week to reschedule. Laura J. Milson
As I entered the building, the nice receptionist smiled and asked for all of my medical cards. I found a seat in the waiting room next to a very large live plant 🪴 and near a window. The receptionist brought my medical cards to me when she was finished entering the new information. My appointment time was scheduled for 11:30 AM and the doctor was "on time!" At 12:15 PM my eye tests and review with the doctor were complete. Since I had chosen to keep my original frames, I only needed to choose what type of lenses I wanted for my new glasses. Payment was due at this time and I was told that my new eyeglasses would be ready in 2 weeks.
Great visit with the York Eye Associate team! Dr. Weld took her time examining my eyes, explaining test results and talking about my overall eye/vision health. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
I had the lenses in my frames replaced, so no comments on men's frames options. It only took a week to get my glasses back and things look nice and clear.
