“We've been going to Salon Nouveau for 10+ years. The service is perfect, and the staff is very friendly. My daughter (15 years old) was attached to one stylist until she became hard to book (she's so busy). We booked with Lexie for a color and a cut. Her hair turned out so beautiful. “Tam is highly professional in her area of expertise. When I wanted to enhance my eyebrows, I asked many people for their go-to person and Tam was consistently at the top of the recommendations.
I couldn’t be happier with her work! My initial appointment was fairly lengthy (in my opinion because I have never had this service before) and took about two hours just as I was told when I made the appointment. I needed to enhance my natural eyebrows which were almost nonexistent after so many years of plucking and age and everything else that happens to the them. I basically said I didn’t want a unibrow, I didn’t want to look like Mr. Spock from Star Trek or a constant state of surprise. I think Tam has been in the business and become so good at what she does, her instincts to create the correct shape and color for enhancing a person’s brow and therefore the entire eye and brow area is spot on. I went back 5 weeks after the first appointment. This second appointment is part of the whole procedure and included in the fee that was paid at the initial appointment. This appointment is to make sure the brows are in their best condition and to further enhance them if needed. With my brows in so much better condition now, I don’t have to worry about them for a good while. They will have to have a touch up in a few years which is a common occurrence but I know exactly who I will be going to when the time comes.“
