This entire process was very professional. I got a quick appointment, they called a half hour ahead of arrival, arrived promptly and did the three room cleaning very professionally. CJ was the team leader and did a very good job of explaining the process and my options. The carpets looked so much better after cleaning. I have my basement carpet cleaned every year because of my aging dogs. I’ve used 4 different companies and this one was by far the best. The cleaning and treatment were great and they did not try to upsell me on products or services that were not necessary! By far the most reasonable out there. The guys were nice and on time. I’m definitely using again!!
Nice job on short notice which helped me out immeasurably...techs were quite nice and very efficient. Billing was descriptive and immediate. Office contact (Jen) was great to work with while setting up appointments. Highly recommended!
