ATA is a great organization that has provided my daughter guidance and discipline. In only 5 months my daughter's behavior has improved, she is more accepting of constructive criticism and she has gained lots of self confidence thanks to the teachings during her taekwondo sessions!The sessions are twice a week for about 45 mins. They have different schedules to best accommodate everyone's needs and they are pretty flexible if in need of adjustments or arrangements! Our family is extremely happy with ATA Wyomissing. Our son has been training for almost a year, and it has been wonderful for him in many different ways. The instructors are very good at what they do and building a rapport with their students. This a a woman-owned and led studio with a strong, serious, compassionate (and sometimes playful) way of teaching all of the pillars of Taekwondo. It has been a joy to watch our son grow in this studio, and we highly recommend ATA Wyomissing to anyone interested in learning martial arts.
