I have been treated there many times. I have always found them to be highly-skilled, professional, prompt, and caring. I read the other reviews wherein people complained about billing issues being resolved, fortunately, I never had any such problems and found that they were more than willing to listen to and help resolve any issues. This is an excellent practice and I highly recommend them.

Person answering the phone, terrible and unpleasant. I called to make an appointment and asked for an interpreter and I heard them breathing angrily and in the end he spoke to me in Spanish and put me on hold. And he doesn't speak Spanish.The person does not serve as a receptionist. You should not work with people who speak only Spanish.I put the star so that he would let me comment.

No one in the office knows what they are talking about whenever you have a question about a bill. They are always quick to transfer you to another phone number. It's always a run around, every single time, every single time! Clinically nice, office, terrible!
