PROS - ompany and technician were professional and cordial. Problem was diagnosed, corrected and explained. Technician provided an estimate before work started. CONS - unfortunately I needed to get the GFIC outlet replaced that day. I highly recommend that residential customers source a couple of quotes since my charges were $400 to replace the outlet and another $50 for the dispatch fee. My bad for not wanting on more quotes. Pretty sure there are local electricians that would've done this job below $200.

Ceiling fan wasn't working. Mike DeJesus had done a troubleshoot to find the cause of the problem, which was a faulty connection from the light switch. The people who had installed the light switch had done so poorly. Mike found the problem right away and fixed the connection of the wires to the switch. He also showed me how to fix or resolve any minor issues or inconveniences that might occur if something like this were to happen again.
Mike was extremely polite, informative, and friendly. He introduced himself, and I showed him the problem. We discussed the two ways of which I could choose to take care of the problem. He is very passionate about... read full review

Ramon and Reese did a great job. They were very kind and explained everything so I could understand easily. And they did a great job on fixing the outlets and switch. I would recommend them to others for sure.
