Since Active was bought out by Rentokil my service has sunk to below horrible. I paid my bill in June, 2022 and at the same time cancelled service. I got another bill. I called again in August 15 cancelled again. Got another bill 8/31/22. I have had it with this company. You won't be coming on my property again. I am getting harassed by this company. The Customer service people are very nice and very sorry that this is happening but, they are the low man on the totem pole. I want the Corporate big wigs to hear about my complaint. DO NOT SEND ANOTHER BILL. How hard is this demand??
