The staff there were like electric switches . Sometimes nice and other times nasty. One nurse in general was always about herself. Always telling me how I should feel. I fell and got hurt badly. She in turn told staff that there was nothing wrong with me. Told me I had to sit up. I couldn't move my leg or my arm. Bleeding badly out my left knee, she finally ask for a ambulance. Told ambulance tex that I refused to help myself. To find out my left leg was broken and so was my right arm. She told me before I left that "I guess you bought your ticket out of here.

Filed a complaint after I got out of that horrible place. I was there involuntarily from June 2020 to August 2020. I was given antipsychotic drugs and mistreated by several employees as well as patients. They wouldn't allow any patients fresh air, and you can forget about sleep. They were too worried about escapees than providing actual Healthcare. The City of Reading should be ashamed of themselves for not tearing down this place and holding the owners accountable. I thank my loved ones every chance I can for somehow surviving this outdated "hospital"

Really good psych hospital and partial. The therapists are supportive/encouraging but won't fix your problems for you. Through the hospital and php I learned to work through difficult emotions and trust myself. Also they provide lunch at the php and its always really good!
