Phoenix is the place to go. Specifically, this location. All the therapists (Bobby, Alexa, Andrea) make therapy fun. I’ve never once thought “ugh I have therapy tonight” (and I was going after work 2-3x a week). Lexi (receptionist) is great too and schedules times that work for you! During therapy, all the staff members talk to you and the patients join in to the conversation. It’s a welcoming, group-like environment that offers individualized therapy activities and care. Though the team is small, I've yet to see any of them leaving a patient feeling abandoned or neglected. They expertly keep every client sailing smoothly from one activity to the next while simultaneously staying engaged and building rapport. I hope I don't need to continue physical therapy for more than a few weeks, but I know I definitely won't dread any of my appointments between now and then!

Phoenix Physical Therapy in Reading is a great place to receive care! The staff is wonderful to work with, and I have appreciated that the sessions are customized for each individual's unique needs.
