Needed new glasses. Hadn't updated my prescription in 9 years. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Doctor was friendly and informative. He understood my particular needs. Exam was painless. Glasses were ordered and arrived within the 2 weeks specified. Very overall enjoyable experience inside the store. They carry multiple styles and brands from reasonable to brand names.A heads up: Be careful outside the store I was approached by multiple people asking for money. I am disabled so I was kind of surprised. New glasses are in photo.

I have been going here for a few years now and my only complaints is getting someone on the phone to make an appointment. At this point I just walk in with no appointment since they accept walk ins but appointments have priority so walk ins have to wait longer to be seen.

My experience at this location was amazing, I can’t speak for the other reviews I’ve seen. The staff here were very helpful and even offered to see me as a walk-in after my daughters were seen. I hadn’t had an eye exam in years and they took me right in. Very professional in my opinion, I’d recommend to anyone who wants great eye care. By the way, their frame selection for insurances is amazing! You can really tell they take their time when selecting.
